Digi to paper challenge

I enjoy digi to paper challenges. In other words recreate a digital scrapbook page with traditional paper methods. I enjoy dabbling in the digi scrapbooking world too, but paper is definitely more my thing. A recent challenge used this layout at 2peas as the digi page to lift. So here is my version.

This is a picture of my daughter at 2.5 months old. This was her favorite book for us to read to her. And she truly has grown into quite a bookworm.

Nothing really fancy about this page. I did use a blank transparency over the center of the page. The owl on the right is stamped on both the transparency and the paper underneath. The swirl on the left of the picture is stamped on the transparency (then colored underneath using copic markers) and the date stamp is stamped on top of the transparency. The flowers are all being used to attach the transparency to the paper (using the brad and the staple).

Supplies:
PP & letter stickers: Basic Grey
CS: Bazzill Bling & PTI Vintage cream
Ink: PTI Dark Chocolate, StazOn black, CTMH bamboo
Felt flower from fancy pants
Paper flower from prima
corduroy brad from CTMH (twilight brad inked then in moonstruck ink)
copic marker

owl stamp from PTI
date stamp from 3 scrappy boys
flourish stamp from CTMH

Thanks for visiting!
Cindy
